"Studying at Leeds Trinity allowed me to finally follow my dream. Not only was the standard of training and teaching excellent, but the support and industry contacts of those who taught me was second-to-none. Quite simply, without Leeds Trinity I would not have the career I have now. I am eternally grateful." Meet Mark Kielesz-Levine, one of the many success stories from Leeds Trinity University's postgraduate Journalism alumni. One year ago, he was preparing to graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism. Thanks to the experience he gained throughout his course, he immediately began freelancing as a Broadcast Journalist for companies such as Global and Bauer. Then, in February 2015, he began freelancing for MADE in Leeds, Leeds' local TV channel. He started freelancing as a Television Journalist, but soon began freelancing as a stand-in News Presenter at the same time. Mark must have impressed Made in Leeds, as within five months of graduating, he had been offered a contract as full-time Television Journalist, which was quickly followed by a promotion to Lead News Presenter in November. Mark recently returned to Journalism Week at Leeds Trinity, where he inspired current journalism students with his career success. In the latest of our series of Graduation celebration stories, we caught up with Mark to find out more about his Leeds Trinity journey:
